Kitting, Assembly & Fulfillment
Order Fulfillment Services
MPA's order fulfillment services store your inventory, build each order or kit to one spec, and ship or mail it from one facility in Lakeland, FL, with the printed components produced under the same roof since 1989.
If your project involves a stack of separate pieces that need to become one finished package, you need kitting and assembly. MPA gathers every component, builds each kit by hand or with assembly equipment, checks it, packages it, and sends it out, so your team buys one finished kit instead of juggling a pile of loose parts. The same precision that goes into our mail work goes into every kit we build.
Kitting and assembly services solve a problem most teams hit the moment a project grows past a single piece: you have a folder from one source, a printed insert from another, a sample from a third, and a card from a fourth, and somebody has to count, match, and combine all of it into thousands of identical packages without a single mismatch. That is slow, error-prone work when it is done in-house between other priorities. Handing it to a kitting company turns a logistics headache into one line on a quote and one finished kit on a pallet.
MPA has done this kind of work for marketing teams, HR departments, sales organizations, retailers, and nonprofits. Whether you need a few hundred welcome kits or tens of thousands of marketing kits on a recurring schedule, the workflow is the same: we produce or receive the components, assemble every kit to one spec, quality-check it, package it, and ship it or hand it to our mail operation. You stay focused on the campaign or the program. We handle the assembly line.
Order Fulfillment
MPA Order Fulfillment Services
Order fulfillment is the work of storing your materials, building each order, and getting it out the door. MPA runs fulfillment programs for marketing, HR, sales, membership, franchise and small ecommerce teams.
We receive your components or print them in-house, hold the inventory by SKU, pick and kit each order, pack and label it, then ship it by parcel carrier or enter it as mail through our own USPS permit, and report what shipped and what is left on the shelf. Everything happens in one facility in Lakeland, Florida, serving all 50 states, with your recipient data handled under SOC 2 Type 2 controls. Every program is priced in an itemized written quote that separates receiving, storage, assembly, packaging, and postage or shipping.
Because we are a print and mail house first, our fulfillment services are built for printed and mailed products: welcome kits, marketing and literature fulfillment, statement and letter packages, sample kits, branded merchandise, and recurring mail programs. You hand us the components or let us print them, we hold the inventory, and we assemble, pack, and release each order on demand. That keeps your fulfillment, printing, and mailing under one roof and one invoice. It scales down too: small businesses use the same programs to fulfill collateral, kits, and mail without staffing a warehouse of their own.
Most projects combine several of the fulfillment services below.
Pick, pack, and ship
We store your inventory, pick the right items for each order, pack them, and ship by parcel carrier or drop them into the mail stream.
Kitting and assembly
We gather multiple components into one ready-to-ship kit under a single SKU, assembled and packaged by hand or with assembly equipment.
Mailing and fulfillment
Finished orders move straight into our mailing operation for addressing, sorting, and postage, so fulfillment and mailing happen in the same building.
Print and on-demand fulfillment
We print, store, and release printed materials as you need them, including print on demand, so you never over-order or warehouse stale stock.
Direct mail fulfillment
For ongoing campaigns we hold your direct mail components and fulfill drops on schedule, tying fulfillment directly to your mail calendar.
Inventory and storage
For recurring programs we hold your components and finished orders so you can release them as needed rather than building everything at once.
Marketing and literature fulfillment
We warehouse and ship your brochures, sell sheets, and branded collateral on demand, so franchises, multi-location brands, and small businesses can order marketing materials as they need them.
Program Specifications
Fulfillment Program Specifications
The specifications an operations or marketing team needs to compare fulfillment vendors, in one table. Anything not listed is quoted per program.
| Specification | What MPA runs |
|---|---|
| Programs | Pick, pack and ship; kitting and assembly; marketing and literature fulfillment; print and on-demand fulfillment; direct mail fulfillment; sample, welcome and onboarding kit programs; inventory storage for recurring programs. |
| Components accepted | Products, merchandise, samples and packaging you supply, plus printed pieces produced in-house: letters, folders, inserts, cards, brochures, booklets and signage. Received against a count and reported back before the first order ships. |
| Order intake | A CSV or spreadsheet order file, emailed orders, or a scheduled connection from your ecommerce store, CRM or ERP (Shopify, WooCommerce, NetSuite and EDI feeds among them) that our team sets up and runs for you. |
| Inventory and storage | Components and finished kits held by SKU in pallet or bin storage, with on-hand counts reported so you can release orders over time instead of building everything at once. |
| Kit assembly | Hand assembly and assembly equipment: folding, collating, inserting, bagging, boxing, labeling and shrink-wrapping, with a check that every kit holds the right components before it is sealed. |
| Packaging and labeling | Poly bags, cartons, shrink wrap and custom inserts; labeled by recipient for direct shipment or by location for store, event and field-office rollouts. |
| Shipping and mailing | Parcels ship by USPS or UPS with tracking numbers. Letter-size pieces are presorted and entered at the Lakeland Business Mail Entry Unit on MPA's own permit. Flats and parcels mailed through USPS are quoted per job by weight and zone. |
| Postage and shipping basis | USPS postage is billed at the USPS amount, never marked up; current letter rates are listed under Postage Basis below. Parcel shipping is quoted by weight, zone and service level and itemized on the quote. |
| Minimums | Kit programs have no rigid floor; first batches commonly run in the low hundreds. Print-only components start at 250 pieces. First-Class presort postage applies to mailings of 500 or more pieces; USPS Marketing Mail letters require 200 or more pieces. |
| Reporting | Receiving counts, shipment confirmations with tracking numbers, mail date confirmation and postage statement for mailed pieces, inventory on hand by SKU, and returned-mail handling for mailed orders. |
| Data handling | Recipient lists and order data handled under SOC 2 Type 2 controls; HIPAA-compliant handling with a Business Associate Agreement in place where protected health information is involved. |
| Location and reach | One production facility in Lakeland, Florida (Polk County), shipping and mailing to all 50 states since 1989. |
The Basics
What Is Kitting and Assembly?
Kitting is gathering multiple separate items into one ready-to-ship package, a kit, under one SKU. Assembly is the hands-on labor that builds that kit: folding, collating, inserting, bagging, boxing, labeling, and shrink-wrapping. In real projects the two happen together, which is why most jobs are quoted as a single kitting and assembly run rather than two separate steps.
Here is a concrete example. Say you need 5,000 welcome kits, and each one holds a printed welcome letter, a branded folder, a product sample, a discount card, a branded pen, and a return envelope. MPA produces or receives all six components, assembles all 5,000 kits, packages each one, and either ships them or hands them to our mail operation. You buy 5,000 welcome kits. You do not buy, count, and reconcile six separate line items, and you do not have boxes of loose parts stacking up in a back room.
It helps to separate the two words, because they describe two different things. Kitting is the planning and inventory side: deciding what goes in the kit, sourcing or printing each component, and assigning the finished package a single SKU so it can be ordered, counted, and reordered as one unit. Assembly is the physical labor: the people and equipment that actually fold the letter, slot it into the folder, drop in the sample, add the card and the pen, and seal the whole thing. You cannot have a finished kit without both.
That is the whole point of kitting and assembly: one SKU, one finished kit, one vendor handling the labor of turning many pieces into one ready-to-send package. It is the difference between your team opening six boxes of loose parts and reconciling counts, versus pulling one box off a shelf that is already a complete, correct, ready-to-ship kit.
What We Handle
Our Kitting & Assembly Services
MPA is a kitting company built for businesses that want their kits produced, assembled, and shipped without the headache of managing parts across multiple vendors. Most projects use several of the services below at once, and that is the point: you bring a kit idea and a quantity, and we put the right combination of these services behind it to deliver a finished package. Here is what we handle.
Product kitting services
We combine your products and printed pieces into finished, sellable kits ready to ship under one SKU. Product kitting services turn a set of individual items into a single orderable unit, like a starter pack, a sample set, or a retail-ready bundle.
Contract kitting services
Ongoing, repeatable kit programs run on a contract basis, so the same kit is built to the same spec every time. Contract kitting services fit programs that never really stop, like monthly welcome kits or quarterly sales kits, with predictable output instead of re-quoting the same job.
Hand assembly services
Detailed kits that machines cannot handle get assembled by hand, with care taken on every fold, insert, and seal. Hand assembly services cover the kits with odd shapes, delicate items, or fussy presentation, where a person checking each package beats a machine.
Collation and assembly
We gather pages and pieces into the right order and bind, staple, or insert them into the finished kit. Collation and assembly matters whenever sequence counts, like a multi-page packet, a numbered set of inserts, or a booklet that has to read correctly front to back.
Kitting and packaging services
Boxes, poly bags, shrink wrap, and labels chosen to protect the kit and present it the way you want it received. Kitting and packaging services make sure the kit survives the trip and makes the right first impression, because how a kit is packaged is part of its message.
Pick and pack
We pull the right items, pack them accurately, and prepare each order to ship or mail to the right recipient. Pick and pack is the fulfillment engine behind on-demand kit programs, where you release orders as they come in and we ship each one without rebuilding the run.
You do not have to pick from this menu yourself. Tell us what the finished kit needs to look like and how many you need, and we will assemble the right mix of product kitting, contract kitting, hand assembly, collation, packaging, and pick and pack to get there. The result is one finished kit, one SKU, and one team accountable for it.
By Kit Type
Kits We Build
We assemble and fulfill your kits. You tell us what goes in each one, and we produce or receive the components, build the kits, and send them out. These are the kit types we run most.
Marketing kits
For marketing teams running campaigns and field programs. A typical marketing kit holds branded folders, brochures, a one-page offer sheet, a sample or promo item, and a response card, all assembled and ready to drop in the mail or ship to the event. Because we can print the components and mail the finished kit, a marketing kit can be the centerpiece of a full campaign rather than a side project bolted onto one.
Sales kits
For sales teams and channel partners. A typical sales kit holds a presentation folder, product sheets, a pricing or capability insert, business cards, and a branded leave-behind, so every rep shows up with the same polished set of materials. Sales kits keep a distributed team on message, because the kit each rep carries was built to the same spec from the same components.
Onboarding kits and new hire kits
For HR and people teams. A typical onboarding kit or new hire kit holds a welcome letter, a benefits or policy booklet, a branded notebook and pen, company swag, and a quick-start card, packaged so a new employee opens one clean box on day one. For companies hiring on a steady cadence, we hold the components and ship a finished kit to each new hire as they start.
Welcome kits
For customer and member programs. A typical welcome kit holds a personalized welcome letter, a membership or product card, a getting-started guide, and a small gift item, assembled and shipped to each new customer or member as they sign up. Welcome kits are a natural fit for our on-demand fulfillment, since they ship in a steady drip rather than one big batch.
Event kits and trade show kits
For event and field-marketing teams. A typical event kit or trade show kit holds signage, handouts, badge inserts, giveaway items, and a setup checklist, boxed by booth or by event so the right materials land at the right show. We can pack and label each event kit by destination so your team unboxes exactly what that location needs and nothing it does not.
Retail kits and POP display kits
For retail and merchandising teams. A typical retail kit or POP display kit holds shelf talkers, display headers, printed signage, and the assembly pieces a store associate needs to set up a point-of-purchase display quickly and consistently. Retail kits and POP display kits keep a brand looking the same across every store, because every location gets an identical, complete kit.
| Kit type | Who it is for | What a typical kit holds |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing kits | Marketing and field teams | Folders, brochures, offer sheet, sample or promo item, response card |
| Sales kits | Sales teams and channel partners | Presentation folder, product sheets, capability insert, business cards, leave-behind |
| Onboarding and new hire kits | HR and people teams | Welcome letter, benefits booklet, branded notebook and pen, swag, quick-start card |
| Welcome kits | Customer and member programs | Personalized letter, membership or product card, getting-started guide, gift item |
| Event and trade show kits | Event and field-marketing teams | Signage, handouts, badge inserts, giveaways, setup checklist, boxed by destination |
| Retail and POP display kits | Retail and merchandising teams | Shelf talkers, display headers, printed signage, display assembly pieces |
Do not see your kit on the list? If it is made of separate pieces that need to become one finished package, we can build it.

Who Uses Kitting and Assembly Services
Kitting work tends to land on whoever owns the program, and that person rarely has time to count and combine parts by hand. These are the teams that lean on a kitting company most, and what they hand us.
Marketing and demand-gen teams
Marketing teams use kitting and assembly to turn a campaign into a physical package. They hand us the printed pieces and the promo item, we build the marketing kit, and the finished kit drops into the mail or ships to a field rep. One brief, one finished kit, no loose parts to chase.
HR and people teams
HR teams use kitting for onboarding kits and new hire kits that need to look the same for every employee. We hold the components and assemble a finished kit on demand as each person starts, so a steady trickle of hires never turns into a scramble to build kits one at a time.
Sales and channel teams
Sales teams use kitting to keep every rep and partner armed with the same materials. We assemble sales kits to one spec from one set of components, so the kit a rep in one region carries matches the kit a rep three states away carries, down to the last insert.
Membership and subscription programs
Membership organizations use kitting for welcome kits that ship as members sign up. Because the work pairs printing and pick and pack under one roof, a new-member kit can be personalized, assembled, and mailed without the program owner touching a single component.
Retail and franchise operations
Retail and franchise teams use kitting for store rollouts and POP display kits. We pack and label each kit by location so every store gets an identical, complete set of signage and display pieces, which keeps a brand consistent across dozens or hundreds of storefronts.
Nonprofits and associations
Nonprofits use kitting for donor welcome packages, event materials, and fundraising kits. We assemble the printed appeal, the reply piece, and any insert into one package and hand it straight to our mail operation, so a campaign goes from components to mailbox without a second vendor.
The MPA Difference
Why Kit With a Print and Mail Partner
A lot of kitting providers can only assemble parts you ship to them. MPA is different because the printed components in your kit are produced in-house, on our own presses and finishing equipment. When the letters, folders, inserts, and cards are printed under the same roof that builds the kit, the pieces are made to the exact specs the kit needs, and you are not coordinating between a printer and a separate assembler.
Kitting at MPA also sits right next to our mailing operation. That means a finished kit can drop straight into the mail stream, addressed and sorted, or ship by parcel carrier to individual recipients, without leaving the building. One vendor, one workflow, one team accountable from the first printed piece to the kit that lands in someone's hands.
The in-house advantage shows up in the details. When a folder color is slightly off, an insert is sized wrong, or a print run finishes late, a kit program that depends on outside printers stalls while everyone waits and points fingers. When the press and the assembly line are the same operation, those problems get caught and fixed before they reach the kitting floor, because the people printing the components and the people building the kits work for the same company and answer to the same schedule.
Cost and timing are easier to control too. There is no margin stacked on top of margin from a chain of vendors, and no handoff where a kit sits in a queue waiting to move from one company to the next. The components are printed, the kits are built, and the finished kits go out, all on one timeline you can plan around. For a recurring program, that predictability is the whole game.
We have run this kind of work since 1989. That is 35+ years of producing, assembling, and shipping print and mail for businesses across all 50 states. Customers rate us 5.0 across 100+ reviews, and that rating reflects exactly the thing kitting depends on: getting the right contents into the right package, every time, on schedule.
Everything happens at our single Lakeland, FL facility, with our own equipment and our own people. One location, one team, predictable lead times. That is the kind of control a kit program needs when every kit has to be identical and every deadline matters. See our commercial printing services for the in-house equipment that produces your components, mailing services for getting finished kits into the mail, and direct mail for running the kit as part of a full campaign.

Six Steps
How a Kitting and Fulfillment Program Runs
Every kitting and fulfillment program runs through the same six steps. Each step names what you send and what MPA returns, so the handoffs are settled before the first order ships.
-
1
Intake and receiving.
You send components or finished products, a SKU list, the kit spec and artwork for any printed pieces, or we print those pieces in-house. MPA returns a receiving report with counts by SKU checked against the spec.
-
2
Order and data setup.
You send the order file or recipient list as a CSV or spreadsheet, or our team sets up a scheduled connection from your store, CRM or ERP. MPA returns an exceptions report after CASS validation, the NCOA move update and duplicate checks on every address that will be mailed.
-
3
Proof and sample kit.
MPA builds one sample kit and a proof of every printed or addressed piece. You send approval or corrections. Nothing is assembled at volume until you sign off.
-
4
Pick, build and pack.
Our team picks by SKU, assembles each kit by hand or with assembly equipment, verifies the contents, then bags, boxes or shrink-wraps and labels every order. MPA returns production QA confirmation.
-
5
Ship or enter with USPS.
Parcels ship by USPS or UPS with tracking numbers. Letter-size mail is presorted and entered at the Lakeland Business Mail Entry Unit on MPA's own permit, so no consolidator holds your mail. MPA returns the postage statement and mail date confirmation.
-
6
Report and reorder.
MPA returns shipment confirmations with tracking numbers, inventory on hand by SKU and returned-mail handling for mailed orders. You send the next order file, or set a reorder point so printed components are replenished before the shelf runs empty.
Postage Basis
Postage Basis for Mailed Orders
Postage is billed at the USPS amount, never marked up, and appears on its own line of the quote. Letter-size pieces that leave a fulfillment program as mail (welcome letters, membership cards in a #10 envelope, literature that fits a letter) are presorted and entered at the Lakeland Business Mail Entry Unit at these rates, per USPS Notice 123, effective July 12, 2026. Flats, catalogs and parcels are quoted per job by weight and zone.
| Mail class | Postage per piece | Typical fulfillment use |
|---|---|---|
| First-Class Mail presort letter (up to 3.5 oz) | $0.707 (Mixed tier) | Welcome letters, membership cards, account or order documents, anything time-sensitive or carrying personal information. |
| First-Class Mail presort postcard | $0.495 (Mixed tier) | Reorder reminders, event notices and short follow-ups that fit a card. |
| USPS Marketing Mail letter | $0.467 (Mixed tier) | Literature drops, dealer and franchise announcements, sample offers with no account data. |
| Nonprofit Marketing Mail letter | $0.257 (Mixed tier) | Donor welcome packages and member mailings for eligible nonprofit organizations. |
First-Class presorted letters pay one price up to 3.5 ounces, so a multi-page insert set in a #10 envelope mails at the letter rate. Releases below the presort minimums listed in the specification table mail at single-piece rates or ship as parcels.
Gift & Swag Programs
Gift, Swag, and Branded Merchandise Programs
We assemble, kit, and fulfill the gift and swag programs you supply or that we print in-house. If you run a corporate gifts program, an employee gifts initiative, or hand out branded merchandise and company swag, we take those items, build them into clean kits, and ship them where they need to go. To be clear about scope: this is assembly and fulfillment of your program, not a product catalog or a sourcing service. You provide the merchandise, or we print the printed pieces, and we handle the kitting, packaging, and shipping of gift and swag kits at scale.
This works well alongside the printed pieces we already produce. A gift kit often pairs a branded item you supply with a printed card, letter, or booklet we run in-house, assembled into one package and addressed to each recipient. So whether you are sending employee gifts to a remote workforce or branded merchandise to customers and prospects, the kit arrives complete, consistent, and ready to open, with the printed and the physical components combined into a single finished package.
Questions
Order Fulfillment & Kitting FAQ
Kitting is the act of gathering several separate items into one ready-to-ship package, called a kit, that carries a single SKU. Assembly is the hands-on labor that builds that kit: folding, collating, inserting, bagging, boxing, labeling, and shrink-wrapping. In practice the two happen together, so most projects are quoted as one kitting and assembly job.
There is no rigid floor. We run small first-batch kits in the low hundreds and ongoing programs in the tens of thousands. The right minimum depends on how many components each kit holds and how the kits are packaged and shipped. Send us the kit contents and target quantity and we will confirm what makes sense for your run.
Yes. We print kit components in-house: letters, folders, inserts, cards, brochures, and other printed pieces. Because printing and assembly happen under one roof and one team, the components are produced to the exact specs the kit needs, and you work with a single vendor from print through finished, packaged kit.
Yes. For recurring programs we hold your components and finished kits so you can release orders as you need them rather than building everything at once. This is common for welcome kits, onboarding kits, and sales kits, where a steady drip of finished kits ships on demand throughout the year.
Yes. Because kitting sits next to our mailing operation, finished kits can drop straight into the mail stream or ship by parcel carrier. We can address, sort, and mail kits, or pick, pack, and ship them to individual recipients, all from the same facility, so the kit you assemble is the kit that goes out the door.
Order fulfillment is the full process of receiving an order, storing the inventory, picking and packing the items, and shipping or mailing them to the recipient. At MPA it covers printed and mailed products from start to finish, from printing or receiving components to releasing finished orders on demand.
We handle pick and pack, kitting and assembly, mail fulfillment, print and on-demand fulfillment, direct mail fulfillment, and inventory storage. Because we print and mail in-house, your fulfillment, printing, and mailing run under one roof and one invoice.
A traditional fulfillment center focuses on warehousing and parcel shipping. A mail house like MPA adds in-house printing and full mailing, so we can print your materials, assemble and store them, and either ship by carrier or drop them into the mail stream, all from one facility.
Yes. Our fulfillment programs scale down as easily as they scale up. Small businesses use us to store, kit, and ship marketing materials, welcome kits, and mail without running their own warehouse or hiring fulfillment staff. We set a program around your volume, hold your inventory, and release orders as you need them, so you only pay for the fulfillment you actually use.
Yes. Product kitting and order fulfillment are one program at MPA, so a small business does not have to line up a separate kitter, warehouse, and shipper. Our team prints the components, assembles each kit, stores the finished inventory, and releases orders as they come in, all from one Lakeland, FL facility. Because commercial printing and USPS mailing run in the same building, a small business can start a kit or fulfillment program without leasing warehouse space or adding staff, and scale the volume up or down as demand changes.
Order fulfillment for a small ecommerce business is quoted per program rather than off a flat price list, because the cost is driven by five specific variables: how many orders you ship per month, how many components go into each order, how much storage your inventory occupies, how much hands-on assembly each order needs, and the carrier or mail class used to send it. Steady monthly volume with a simple one- or two-component pack sits at the low end. Multi-component kits, custom packaging, and unpredictable surges cost more per order. Send us your monthly order count, your SKU list, and a description of a typical order, and we will quote the program.
Literature fulfillment is storing your printed marketing materials (brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, price lists, folders) and shipping them on request, so a franchise location, dealer, field rep or event team orders what it needs instead of receiving a warehouse of boxes once. At MPA the literature is printed in-house, stored by SKU, and released as orders come in by CSV, email or a scheduled connection from your system. Orders ship by parcel carrier with tracking, or mail as letters or flats through our own USPS permit. Send us your title list, monthly order estimate and destinations, and we will quote the program with storage, picking, packaging and shipping itemized.
Yes. That is one of the most common programs we run. You send us the components, or we print them, we hold them by SKU, and each rep's kit is assembled to one spec so every rep carries the same materials. Kits ship to individual reps by parcel carrier with tracking, or to regional offices labeled by location, and any letter-size piece can mail through our USPS permit at presort rates. You get shipment confirmations and an inventory count after each release. To start, send the kit contents, the rep list and how often kits go out.
Yes. Ecommerce brands use MPA for the printed side of the customer journey: welcome and thank-you letters, insert cards, win-back postcards and catalogs, printed in-house, personalized from your customer data, and mailed from Lakeland, Florida on our own USPS permit. Mail enters USPS here, so Southeast destinations are the shortest hauls in the network for us, and USPS First-Class Mail carries a 1 to 5 day service standard nationwide. Orders can arrive as a CSV export or a scheduled connection from your store that our team sets up and runs. Postage is billed at the USPS amount, never marked up. Send a sample piece and your monthly volume for a quote.
Yes. MPA's fulfillment, kitting, printing and mailing all run in one facility in Lakeland, Florida, in Polk County on the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando, where we have operated since 1989. Central Florida companies can deliver components to us directly, meet our team in person before a program starts, and pick up finished kits or have them shipped. The same operation mails and ships to all 50 states, so a program that starts local can add national distribution without changing vendors. Call 863-687-6945 or send the kit contents and quantity through the form below for a quote.
Mail order fulfillment is receiving orders placed remotely (online, by phone or by mail), picking and packing each one from stored inventory, and delivering it by parcel carrier or through the mail. MPA offers it for printed and physical products together: we hold your inventory by SKU, fulfill each order as it arrives, ship parcels by USPS or UPS with tracking, and mail letter-size pieces at presort rates on our own permit. Because printing, kitting and mailing share one building, a mail order program can include personalized letters or inserts printed on demand in the same run. Send your monthly order count and SKU list for an itemized quote.
Yes. Sample fulfillment is a kitting program with small contents: you supply the samples, we print the card, letter or instruction sheet that goes with them, assemble each pack, and release them as requests arrive or ship them in bulk to reps, retailers or events. Packs are held by SKU with counts reported, so you can see how many samples went out and how many remain. Individual samples mail as letters or ship as small parcels, whichever the piece and weight allow, and postage is billed at the USPS amount. Send the sample dimensions, the printed piece and your expected monthly volume for a quote.
